Brian and Billy really went above and beyond to ensure that our vehicle was repaired to our satisfaction and that CarMax would cover all costs given the vehicle was still under warranty. We had some communication issues with CarMax and Billy took the extra steps necessary to clarify and streamline the process so we'd feel comfortable. We really appreciated the customer service! I own a 1992 Sentra and finding parts can be challenging to say the least. I found a mechanic who had the time to work on my car but was unable to locate the parts, so I called Ocean Works (as recommended by Berkeley Bob's) and Billy told me that he didn't have a spot for three weeks for the repair work, but was able to locate my parts right away! I had no way of getting the parts to the other shop, so Billy had the parts driven over to the other shop for me.
